Conor McGregor was not politically vocal, and then he became so.

It's not a matter of fact - that's your opinion, fair enough, but it doesn't make it true.

I think 'standards' is about consistently applying the principles you uphold, not deciding your reaction based on who is involved.

I've genuinely never come across an argument that hypocrisy can be justified based on your political leaning - certainly an interesting take.

Well, I never claimed 'fact' from a philosophical position.

Logical consistency can however be examined and upon that score the left have nothing to lecture the right about. Of course hypocrisy depends upon which principles you uphold.

The right....not the socially liberal infected version of this century have their own principles from natural law.
