That too.I can think of one. We are helping Chelsea improve the value of their players. 😀

Not risky when dealing with younger players? Generally rather than specificallyThere might be a reason we do it again and again.
Sage confirmed that Palace wanted a centre back at the pre Everton press conference.
The requirements he referred to were for lots of games (i.e experience) at Premier League level and leadership.
Disasi was mentioned to him as an option and Sage said to the reporter that he 'heard the same noise' as the reporter.
The impression given from the same conference is that neither Mateta nor Pino will start v Everton, having only recently returned to training.
He also seemed to say that Munoz was happy to stay, but I suppose that ultimately that still doesn't rule out a move for him given the players that have been brought in.

If we play 60 odd games this season both Munoz and Khalaili will be needed.Have been trying to work out if there is anything there. I guess its likely true i.e. happy to stay....if he has to but would rather go
Just feels v unlike palace to have Munoz > Khalaili > Gozo for the RWB spot.
Because of his age and profile, you'd expect Gozo will be happy to be in around the squad and not really going to get many games. But you'd assume Khalaili wouldn't really be coming to sit on the bench.

Also gives time for Canvot and Chadi to become more established .I'd love this.
Loaning always feels a little dirty. But if its to give time for a young lad to acclimatise it feels very sensible.
If we did bring in Le Guen, surely it would be best to loan him back to Brest for the first half of the season (or all of it).

Gozo looks more ready to come on as sub and play the right-sided 10 for us and add energy. I can only see him playing RWB in games we are expected to dominate or maybe chasing.Have been trying to work out if there is anything there. Given what Sage was saying about wanting a PL experienced and ready CB, I’m not sure Khalaili is that for RWB yet, he is a good alternative.
If Munoz is happy to stay I think we’d need serious cash to make it worthwhile even at his age. It was when him Sarr and Kamada were out last year it fell apart. I’d be gutted if he leaves even it makes sense financially.

Is there an option to buy or a obligation does anyone know ? If so would the fee and wages come off the transfer price ?

According to clickbait, it is a paid for loan only & at 28 why would we want him permanently? 😀Is there an option to buy or a obligation does anyone know ? If so would the fee and wages come off the transfer price ?
Hopefully we've paid less than the quoted £5m loan fee as we are also paying his salary in full.Is there an option to buy or a obligation does anyone know ? If so would the fee and wages come off the transfer price ?

Was it that different when they recalled Chalobah?Hopefully we've paid less than the quoted £5m loan fee as we are also paying his salary in full.
We do need a Prem experienced defender so hopefully he is what we need. Will definitely be the centre of a 3 man CB as we have quite a few options now on the left and right side.
For this Sat i suspect Richards in the centre with Canvot on one side and either Riad or Tomiyasu on the other.
Disasi hasn't been given a shirt number at Chelsea so the chance of a recall is minimal and they have about 10 CBs anyway, of which they are trying to move on 3 or 4
well there are a few differences that immediately spring to mind. Was it that different when they recalled Chalobah?
Chelsea always have about 12 options for each position. Continuity and finding the right combination is their inherent weakness.

Proven EPL, mid table quality and needed for depth given the number of games. Not a fan of this deal.
I would have preferred one of the other Chelsea defenders I class Disasi as the worst out of the bunch they have.

Difficult to think how we could have been offered better for the money.
Thus those other players were not offered to us far as I'm aware.
