Australian beach terror attack.

Some insane footage already out there. This one is going to be a BIG story. Potentially an attack on a Jewish group having a celebration on a beach BUT it's all very hazy at the moment.

To be fair, as things stand, it could be anyone. I try to stay out of the speculating stage because it just desceneds into a pissing contest but it is looking likely, given what the BBC are putting out, it does seem to be a strong likelihood of a Jewish group being the target.

Interesting that sky news yesterday ran an article about the far right being emboldened because of Australia’s immigration situation. So, 3 possible scenarios: it is a far right attack against presumably Jewish gathering, it is a Islamic attack because…well, because, or, it is somebody with mental illness who has access to guns.

I vote for option 3 as this gets the establishment off the hook.
 
Sky News host Sharri Markson has spoken to a NSW State Emergency Services volunteer and Jewish chaplain identified only as Vlad, shown in his uniform covered in blood.

“I was with my son, eight years old, I pushed him to the ground and fell on top of him, a security guard, he was hit in the shoulder and fell on top of me, the shooting was going on for five minutes, non-stop,” Vlad said.

“Probably 50, 60 gunshots, I was trying to give first aid to the guy, he was bleeding profusely.

“Once the shooting stopped I went out and tried to help people – there were people dead, everywhere. Young, old, rabbi. Two people died while we tried to save them because the ambulance didn’t arrive.”

They're now saying up to 10 have been killed. Truly horrific.

...and arrested for theft for robbing the gun off the beardy bloke. And they will really nail him if he used a hurty word.

They will probably arrest me too for commenting on a legal case which is now ongoing. Even though it is splashed all over the newspapers....a legal case on the other side of the World. My comments on the beardy fashion choices of the alleged shooter (video-ed firing the gun) will compromise his ability to get a fair trial.

you forgot to mention the other group that are seemingly oozing with violent terror. The Far Right. Them standing praying silently at abortion clinics and giving a very dirty stare at a Library kids poetry-reading Drag event......those far right types will need to be watched very closely indeed.

I wonder will those Australian beaches soon be patrolled to prevent any far right activists armed with an offensive opinion ?
