Arsenal Predictions.

I expect Wharton, Kamada and Richards all to start.
Personally I'd play Hughes instead of Pino for this, pushing Kamada forward.
I don't see Pino getting much change from the physical Timber and Rice down the left side, but he could be a good impact sub

A little musing on my part makes me wonder if Pino would be more suited to a central midfield role in the Premier league. He certainly has technique - but I don't think he's pacey or powerful enough on the wing for the Premier League. I bloody hope to be proved wrong - but I've been thinking about it for the last three games. He doesn't exactly storm past defenders. They seem to be able to keep up with him in general.

I feel quite positive about this one.
It's their possession football against our low block and pacy counter.
They do well with corners which we have seen before from them. Hopefully Glasner will have them working on that all week, particularly making sure Henderson is well protected.
Odegard is out, Mitchell should be ok with Saka, Eze might be a problem but I'm sure Hughes could take one for the team. As above they should know about the corners so should have a plan for it.

I'm going for 2-1 to Palace, up to 8/1 on oddschecker surely worth a punt.

Fantastic win by Sunderland, beating Chelsea 2-1 away, this afternoon shows us any result is possible, including a Palace win tomorrow!!

not optimistic, but Richards, Wharton and Kamada being rested on Thursday gives me some hope since tiredness is becoming an issue, the last 20 min at Everton showed that. Mateta's missing a lot but he played well with Nketiah v Bournemouth so I hope we see more of Eddie. Can just see Ebs scoring a worldy then no celebration. 2-1 to the Arse.🙁

I think we loose tomorrow and against Liverpool on Wednesday. Get it out of our system and reset for the brentford and Brighton games. When the days get darker and the winter months come in it does turn into a hard eld slog.

I don't think we'll win tomorrow, but that's no slight.
They've conceded 3 goals all season and can score from set pieces even when they are not playing well.

In the bigger picture our transformation under Glasner has been remarkable.
It's not that long ago when we played games and didn't even get more than a couple of touches in the opposition penalty area in a game, let alone create chances or score a goal.

As Glasner pointed out in the pre match press conference we have the highest xG in the Premier League this season, which would have been unthinkable under Roy.

Sure, you have to take more of your chances, but I'd prefer to be a side that creates opportunities as opposed to a team who hopes to get lucky/clinical with the one or two chances that may be created in a game.

Tight win for them with probably Eze with the winner like Gallagher previously. He has only been slightly bubbling for them so somebody is going to get a worldly from him pretty soon. Be over the moon with a draw. COYP !!
