Just called box office as I noticed my option to resell has also disappeared … was told they’re reevaluating whether to allow resale at all. Ridiculous that I can’t transfer to another ST holder with 13k points … I MIGHT be able to resell at a later date, who knows who then gets it. Equally, might have no option but to have 2 seats (due to poor planning on my part!)
This, in my view is the simple solution. Allow transfers only to ST+ holders with x amounts of points. They’ve made a real dogs breakfast of the ticketing for this game IMHO

Exactly what I just communicated to the Ticketing manager. What's the problem is moving to pre existing friends and family that perhaps are established over 6 months with a record of buying tickets. It's been an absolute shambles frankly. They are going on resale though tomorrow apparently, so they are happy to make money from them.

I have had a season ticket with my daughter for over 15 years - she is now married and expecting her first child soon so has not, understandably, wanted to go to games for the last few months so I have been going with her husband who is a massive Palace fan, we did not bother to switch names of the ticket over as it was easy to just load the ST on his phone but now he runs the risk of not getting in as the name on the ticket will not match ..

We both have the ST plus option and have already renewed for next year.
 
I have had a season ticket with my daughter for over 15 years - she is now married and expecting her first child soon so has not, understandably, wanted to go to games for the last few months so I have been going with her husband who is a massive Palace fan, we did not bother to switch names of the ticket over as it was easy to just load the ST on his phone but now he runs the risk of not getting in as the name on the ticket will not match ..

We both have the ST plus option and have already renewed for next year.

This is where I am, not only do you risk not getting in, you risk a ban for ticket sharing..

I feel your pain. Same situation (except my son is not pregnant ... congratulations by the way may the baby and mom be healthy and may you enjoy many years a grandparent).
What's ironic is that every year when we renew our seats, we alternate on who pays. So a few weeks ago, Palace had no issue with me paying for another account to renew the ST+ ... but now they won't allow us to transfer the ticket from one to the other. Insanity.

Just checked CPFC and tickets are available for members with 1500+ points.

So if I already have my season ticket, can I purchase another one through my ticket?

It seems to let me assign one extra to myself, but not two - need for brother and nephew but won’t purchase just one.. also didn’t want to risk adding onto my account if my own ticket would be blocked..

Yes- I have just bought another ticket for my son. It is assigned in my name and I still have my season ticket
 
Of course, but if you have to set a criteria to filter out the Arsenal away fans then how do you do it? Length of time you have been a member maybe? Minimal points to prove you’ve bought away tickets?
Its tricky, Palace are also looking to stop tickets in home areas being sold to Arsenal fans on re-sale sites.
