They sat there in PMQ's nodding as TTK talked about it, they should be hanging their heads in shame.

How long does it take to go through his bank statements, phone and laptop?? 24/48 hours tops.
Why no charges laid?
There is more to this. Look at what’s happening. Starmer fire bomb? Russians.North London arson attacks? Iran. He was arrested Saturday in the arse end of Yorkshire. We aren’t dealing with James Bond.

They have already stated that they found communist literature.

However, I very much imagine that he's saying 'no comment' to everything.

What matters far more is the physical and digital evidence that they have which proves he murdered her. The motive should come from the investigation if he refuses to cooperate. But it appears even from evidence we have been shown that he's likely the guy.

Which from that video showing him with what looks like a baton in his pocket getting ready to drive off appears a slam dunk. They likely have CCTV of that car making the journey down to her place and as Farage stated on Widdecombe's door camera he pulled up onto her driveway.

So it seems he's bang to rights.

If he is part of a group they want to find all the members etc, but don't see why he can't be charged now, other charges can follow if appropriate.

The only extra bit of information I found out today was that Police found evidence of planning during searches.

Yes, the death penalty should be available. Not mandatory, but for the judge to decide - that's what they are there for and are paid large sums of money to make judgements.
