For any followers of our u21s, were there any mitigating factors?
I want someone to say something like, they played three decent 1st team players, we have had an horrendous run of injuries, we rested key players so they could get international experience etc.

I don't watch it as devotedly as some but from what I've seen I've been impressed with Devenny, Derry, Marsh and especially Lameiras.
In terms of being ready for the first team I think the point about loans indicating the most ready is accurate. Obviously we need players to sign professional terms to think seriously of them.
