Fulham v Crystal Palace (15:00 GMT)

Fulham XI: Leno; Robinson, Bassey, Andersen, Castagne; Berge, Lukic, Iwobi, Smithe Rowe, Traore; Jimenez.

Subs: Benda, Reed, Muniz, Cairney, Cuenca, Pereira, Willian, Sessegnon, Diop.

Crystal Palace XI: Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Mitchell, Lerma, Hughes, Munoz; Sarr, Eze; Mateta.

Subs: Turner, Nketiah, Clyne, Kamada, Wharton, Esse, Chilwell, Devenny, Kporha.

No Wharton to start? He is more creative than Lerma.
I suspect he might not be fully back to EPL match fitness. Last week he looked off the pace and a bit lightweight when he came on. Lerma going off and him coming on was a reason we increasingly lost control of midfield. He’s a great player when up to speed but given the long injury lay off I have no issue with us taking a cautious approach to him coming back in.

This,
Wharton in his current state of fitness seems a better option when things open up later in the game.
Looking forward to a cracking game

Probably the best first 11 OG could put out given the circumstances. Workmanlike, I don't see us dictating the play, Fulham like to attack and have some pace up front. Expect the left side of defence to get plenty of attention.

I think Glasner starting Mitchell was a good move. Gives Mitchell that he is still number 1 in that position for now and means last week's mishap was forgotten as opposed to not starting him today and all of a sudden you'd have to feel for the poor lad.

We also have to remember that Chilwell isn't going to be here that long, so at the moment, we can't just discard Mitchell.

I think for this game in particular, but also more generally, we can probably expect Chilwell to come on more so as a sub then starting given the circumstances, despite his obvious quality.
