Glasner is a Glazier

Ollie really is doing a great job for us. He is demonstrating his talent for developing players who we weren't rating at all. Look at how Hughes has become a solid mainstay in midfield when he used to get a lot of stick on here. Kamada is, at last, showing signs of improvement and even Mateta, who I didn't rate at all when he first joined, has been turned around this season. And it's no coincidence that Ollie is exerting his influence.

I'm hoping he will continue to wear his lucky, white polo neck jumper for the rest of the winter. However, and I don't want to cause offence to anyone, but, when I watch his post match interviews, the look is reminiscent of a U boat captain. I've watched too many war films I guess.

My worry is that he'll get poached by a big name club, Tottenham I'm looking at you. Hands off!
We are somewhat lucky in that the things Iraola is doing at Bournemouth are really incredible and eye-catching. They absolutely hammered Newcastle at St James Park.

I am sure Levy will have taken note. Not sure any of the other 'big clubs' will be looking imminently.

Also Thomas Frank has been at a Brentford quite a while doing a great job at some point he might want to move on - before it goes wrong. Man U were slightly interested by some accounts.

Glasner has shown incredible management and coaching to pull us out of the early season slump. He had done a fantastic job. Hopefully he stays for many years.

I saw Ollie, unsurprisingly, due to the cold Yorkshire wind and rain, was wearing his familiar white roll neck jumper again last night. It's proving to be his lucky charm.

I'm curious to see what he's going to replace it with when the weather warms up.

Ollie has transformed us from a boring pork chop into a very tasty Wiener Schnitzel. And for that he must be heartily commended. Yum yum! 🙂

Our upturn in form began when he started wearing it. I am hoping he continues to wear it into the sweltering May games. Infact, I hope he wears to for double the effect!

Seriously though, the man is a brilliant manager and I hope beyond hope we can get at least another season with him at the helm.
