If we believe that we are relatively safe in the league, my opinion would be for Ollie to continue until we are out of the Europa Conference. It’s in his interests to finish with a trophy win which will raise his profile for his next employer. Also, that would be 3 trophies inside 12 months.
In addition, which of us wouldn’t be relatively happy with 6 points out of our last 9?

I'm not one who feels much hate against him, in contrary, but TBH, his CV and profile are one of my least concerns.

Has he shown he can handle, adapt to the conference league and further more, has he behaved in a way in which he deserves this... he's flat out said he can't do it..

Other than 4-1 v Villa in the league cup in the 90s when Ehiogu went off early (we still conceded first) I can’t think of one.
At Wembley in 2016 I was screaming at Clattenburg to keep Smalling on the pitch.
 
Whether he's motivated to win the cup or not is one thing...his ability to be able to do so is something different entirely. He's shown an inability to be able to break teams down who defend deep...his tactical approach sees us absorb pressure, fast switches and catch teams on the break. That's not required at level of opposition we're playing. I reckon we get Ange in for a three-month trial.

Another banner called the club's board "inept" as there had been "opportunities missed" since last season's FA Cup triumph.

Glasner told Sky Sports after Sunday's 1-0 victory that he saw the banners and said: "It's OK. The fans are as disappointed as we are and they can't talk to us directly, so it's their opportunity to express their mood.

"That's what we have to accept. On the other side, they supported the team right until the end and that's why I think they helped [us] to win the game. But when we face criticism, it's absolutely OK."
