He gave us the Fa Cup.
Thank you but….Oliver
You are now giving us uncertainty by not signing a new contract and that is also giving our players ideas… some above their station JPM for instance can’t hit a barn door but you keep starting with him. There are players knocking at the door to get in but you bench them. Come on Oliver if December hasn’t been a wake up call TONIGHT should definitely been one.

Probably a little early for the 'Out' Post but i understand the frustration..
The lack of bedding in new players regardless of quality is really hitting us now.
The substitutions look like desperation rather than a player coming on for a specific reason.
Esse looked scared to even try to take a player on down the wing.

We are blowing it. Our best chance ever! Should have sold Guehi that was the trigger for our demise. He’s great but knowing he is gone and still Captain for me that’s wrong. Frustrating for me. Money rules. Wish there was more Matt Le Tissiers in the world of football. Can’t think of one now….all gone very sad. It’s all me me me.

Its partly OG fault for expecting the players to maintain such intensity for this amount of games and its also partly the board for lack of real first team quality.
Hopefully when the window opens we do some good business, think it will be make or break time for all involved.

Thankfully the relegation places are all ready filled this season but next season we turn into West Ham….unless….

There are 3 reasons for our continued slide into mediocrity, it’s not the depth of squad, it’s the poor quality of our latest signings, Pino, Uche, Sosa, Esse and Canvot about 80m, if you add Nketiah 30m none of the 6 are Premier league standard, all agreed by Glasner, his own words, I would show a bit of Leeway to Nketiah as he is always played out of position.
Secondly, Glasners total lack of flexibility with his selections and tactics, the farcical line up against Kups, being a case, and Thirdly the air of uncertainty created by Glasner with his choice of comments to the media, the season now is winning the Conference league and a mid table finish, but I am not sure Glasner has the resourcefulness to do that.

As an outsider crystal palace are anything but mediocre, in mine and very many other people’s opinions palace are easily the best of the rest, might not be in the greatest of form atm but still a pretty formidable opponent for anyone other than the absolute best like city/Arsenal etc but none of those teams relish a trip to SP either.

The managers contract situation obviously can’t be helping things but hearing terms like mediocre is nuts, most of England would love to be this mediocre and would swap places with you in a heartbeat.

I know it's a bit frustrating but all club's hit a tricky spell and palace have had their fair share. Palace need a good window and Glasner needs to sign up or move on.

SP has kept us in the prem and won us 2 major trophies so I do back him and I trust him to make the right decisions even if it doesn't pleased Glasner. We are lucky we don't have wet spams owners.

A good season for us is finishing midd table and I still think we will win the conference
