So only 1 of 8 in the top 40%. Sounds about right
Harvey Elliott was ranked bottom - what a wasted year for the lad - and Xhaka top

Probably fair enough but feels a bit rough on Benitez who hasn't much opportunity to do anything (but he did save two penalties in the Millwall game) and Guessand & Uche are only on loan.

I would put Guessand higher. I know it was a brief window of impact he has had, but at the time it came it was well needed, wasn't coming from elsewhere, and by the end of the season might have made all the difference from a very sticky situation.

Overall the last two windows have been pants. We did quite a bit of business that looked good on paper, but that just didn't come true for one reason or another. Also we were slow to act in the last summer.

All it means is this summer we have to make good on half of our ready made investments. That's one of the jobs at the top of the next man's in-tray.
