Please keep Guehi and hence keep Glasner!
You know it makes sense Steve Parish!

Can you see any more colours out of those red and blue tinted glasses?Face it. Guehi wants to go. And not only that, he’s been content to adopt a position that empowers Liverpool to low-ball us and puts SP at loggerheads with OG. That is, of course, his prerogative — his legal and contractual entitlement. But it would have been nice if he’d been willing to look beyond his own immediate self interest; balancing his own finances with those of the club that has nurtured him. Moral reciprocity etc. Perhaps he could have even taken a leaf out of MO’s book.
That isn’t correct. There are numerous examples of footballers repaying loyalty by signing contract extensions that protect the club’s position — including our own MO. Guehi is perfectly entitled to treat it as a purely commercial arrangement if that is the way he wishes to lead his life, but don’t you think that’s a little sad given the adulation he has received? I do. This has nothing to do with standing in his way of playing for a different club if that’s his wish. The point I’m making is that the way he has gone about it has directly led to the difficult issues we are now facing. Why would anyone look beyond their own immediate self interest when it comes to work? Marc has been a great captain and servant to the club, he's England's best CB and in a world cup season, he wants to test himself against the very best, train with and play alongside the world's best in the biggest stage possible. Loyalty on football stops at the fans.
We have got great value out of Marc Guehi.Face it. Guehi wants to go. Of course he wants to go now. If he didn’t then Liverpool wouldn’t have made their offer. We have got great value out of Marc Guehi.
I haven't seen signs that he wants to go now, just that he isn’t willing to sign a new contract which, as you say, is his contractual right and very very few people would do differently. He has been excellent in the games so far this season.
Guehi has been the ultimate professional. Reports at the wants to see out his deal and stay. It is the club who are forcing the deal through to recoup money.
I would keep him personally but not my money.
Whatever happens, Marc Guehi has been an absolute colossus for the club. He has been the ultimate professional and I hold him in the highest regard. Good luck to him if he goes I will always be cheering him on……. If he stays then I’ll be buzzing. I’ll be glad when this window finally bloody shuts!!!!
Surely Liverpool have made the offer because they want a defender this season… whether Guehi is desperate to leave or happy to play out a season.Of course he wants to go now. If he didn’t then Liverpool wouldn’t have made their offer.
Bloody hell! 😳If they want to go, you can't stop them, and keep them tied up in the basement. This isn't marriage.
Best let them go, and get the maximum in the bank.
