Has anyone purchased a new membership and noticed that the loyalty points have not yet been added ?

Happened last season. I had to email them eventually. I got the impression they were planning to add them eventually but an email can't hurt.

When I saw the original post I thought that perhaps they get added when the new season starts, but just checked the account & mine have already been added.

Thanks I have just messaged them…they did same last season as well.

It’s not great when you continually have to check that they do what they should
