Because I'm such a good employee I've just spent the last 20 minutes adding up this list.
According to tranfermarkt we signed all 15 for 310.94m Euros, which is around £256m according to Google.
However, of the players who have departed (Benteke, Sakho, Sorloth, Townsend, Milovojevic) we recouped 44.96m Euros.
It has the remaining 9 players valued at 265m Euros, however I reckon that's an incredibly low valuation based on some of the individual pricings, all in Euros: Nketiah (30m), Guehi (45m), Doucoure (35m), Wharton (30m), Franca (15m), Lacroix (20m), Eze (60m), Henderson (12m), Edouard (18m).

I still can't believe we paid that for Nketiah.
Especially after the board made so many comments in recent years about avoiding big money flops from other premier league teams. What's up with the DoF that he's been chasing that deal for so long and would insist on breaking this rule for that?
