Eze to spurs?

ANYTIME I READ ABOUT A SWAP DEAL IT'S FAKE!

How many times this transfer window have there been swap deals mentioned. How many swaps have there been? ZERO!

And I'm not talking about just Crystal Palace. The entire premier league. In fact, I can't think of one in all of Europe.

Name the last swap deal you can think of that actually happened in the last 5 years???

100%

The last one I can genuinely remember is Clinton and AJ.

I feel like I have become a very bad person but I am finding it very funny at all the Spurs fans collectively losing their sh1t on social media.

He will definitely go to Arsenal, especially if as reported they are offering a slightly better bid.

He will certainly be thanking divine intervention to save him from the terrible fate of being Spudded and delivering on his boyhood dream of going full Gooner

Havertz was collateral damage

Spurs could have agreed the release clause which was only £5m higher than their offer and had this done a week ago - but wanted to chisel - their own fault

I love this bit from the beeb.....

"Club insiders at Tottenham insist there is nothing more they could have done to sign Eze,
and the fact that he was a boyhood Arsenal fan who was in the club's academy until he was 13 meant that once the Gunners came in for him there was only one place he would end up."

Well they could have tried matching the asking price.

I just said to my Eze loving gooner son in law, who I regularly mock Havertz to "finally Havertz does something good for Arsenal by f***ing his knee up"

Breaking on Sky 20:50… Arsenal close to agreeing a deal foe Eze. This does make much more sense.
If he was ever in doubt about joining the Spuds he should check out their fan forum where they're accusing him of stringing them along and even of "trolling" them. They've now decided he's no good anyway at the same time as hoping one of theirs injures him before the World Cup.
What a bunch of honeys they really are.

I'm pissed off because he wouldn't have gone to Spurs and just stayed with us. Now thanks to that ex Chelsea failure getting injured, he's off. Same as Olise last year.

Why couldn't the t*** have done it next month ffs

Then it would have happened again in January. Now it'll be Wharton in the next window.

Unfortunately this was always going to happen at some stage. I think the deal makes sense to us, Arsenal and Eze.

Time to say goodbye tomorrow and spend the money wisely!
