Nothing to apologise for, I wasn't having a go. For his money I would want more goals, I agree with you. But I think as a minimum, based on how much he'll play, the target ought to be 10+

Always nice and close to the pitch at Crawley.
Lerma was a top guy with the kids at the front.
Eddy seemed a bit focused and had nothing to do with them. Then he got on the pitch and I'm not quite sure what he had been focusing on as he seemed to be out-muscled by their defence.
A good evening- especially the first half and great that Olly always plays a strong team.

15 has always been decent.
How many of ours have broken 20? I can only think of AJ (21 in a relegated team) a record that I doubt will ever be broken.

Think he’d struggle to get 10 league goals if he started every game. He will, more than likely ,get 5/10 minutes at the end of games

In fairness to Nketiah - didn't he score a few in the cup?
Despite the pre season rustiness I was impressed with some of our quick breaks yesterday and the team already looked like it was starting to click. Interesting hearing from Ollie about how he used different sections of the game to adopt varying types of pressing/defensive tactics.
Good that he confirmed Guehi and Nketiah are only slight knocks. No mention of França's absence though which is slightly more worrying. Hopefully nothing.
Overall though a good run out, plenty of minutes in the legs and some decent play (could probably have scored 6 on another day after other decent attacks were squandered).

I noticed the failure to mention Franca too.
It seems to me that Glasner is not convinced at present.
What's this based on considering he's barely played and has been injured?
It's based on when he was fit during the last months of the season he moved down the pecking order, even being dropped from the subs bench.
Devenny and Esse were preferred to make contributions from the bench.
The goal at Southampton didn't prove to be the launch point for Franca's career that was hoped.
Sometimes players don't suit particular managers like JRS with Glasner.
It remains to be seen if Franca will meet the strenuous tactical demands placed on attacking players by Glasner.

Cant see Ahamada getting many games doesnt seem to do anything, Sosa looks quite reasonable, the player that did impress when he came on was Mofe Jemide, maybe will see more of him when we play Europe.

We didn’t get out of first gear really. No panic at the back or middle and thoughtful at the front.
Hughes does treat every game like a final. Loving this guy more and more 👍

True, but he scored 19 twice and 18 twice (both of which he won the Golden Boot). In each of these seasons he only had 1 penalty
