palace website ticket bookings

This morning i logged in at 10am to purchase two tickets for the Forest Home game.

Initially it wouldn’t let me select any seats, it just kept giving me the, ‘We are unable to reserve your seats’ pop up message. Then after I logged out and back in a few times it let me select seats, add them to my basket and go to checkout. However it won’t let me assign myself to one of the tickets, it will however let me assign my son - We are both Gold members.

Usually it automatically assigns me to the first ticket in my basket but it says unassigned and won’t let me assign any of the tickets to me. I get the warning that their are errors on the page, that I have exceeded my allocation and that I may need to remove some tickets to proceed.

I haven’t thus far purchased any tickets for this match or used up my quota!

Ever since it went over to Ticketmaster’s e-ticketing it has been awful and just SO stressful trying to buy tickets. I’ve given up after an hour of trying to sort it! 😡

If you've renewed your gold membership for the season check that the 'can assign tickets' slider on F&F bit is activated - for some reason this resets sometimes when renewing - also check you haven't logged in on your sons account (sometimes it does this automatically if you are both using the same computer) and you are not selected to assign tickets to him (hope this makes sense)
