Israel v Hamas

If there was justice on the UK she would be , but she is Starmer's far right stooge. Her prison experience is outrageous in terms of treatment.

No surprise if before her release date she is suddenly found with drugs or similar to deny her release
i'm wondering is she'll set up an Only Fans page to garner publicity and help finance her legal bills. 🙂

Even Trump is exasperated by the Gaza situation, after some political wins last week. Hoping he has some energy left to sort it, because without an intermediary facilitating dialect, the war/slaughter would continue ad nauseum

Is this supposed to be funny in some way?

Prosecuting for the next "far right" hate speech is going to be interesting. Any decent solicitor would easily be able to get someone acquitted now. They can show Kneecap and Bob Vylan, plus Ricky Jones.
I have to say I don't actually want them prosecuted. As far as I'm concerned, they're inconsequential children. However, I would like a consistent, rather than political, approach to the law, policing and crime.
Agree with this.

Slightly aside, have you noticed Labour have gone all Israel. There was that one, mild, box-ticking, we still want to trade in the Middle East rebuke that caused Trump to tell us off. Otherwise, you have a Cabinet Minister interviewed. They are asked about the killing of non-com Gazans. They deflect with a 7 Oct response.

It appears as if you don't equate the two. Well in one respect that's true, because Bob Vylan was a far more serious offence. It was direct and to a MASSIVE audience. He should be prosecuted for it without a shadow of doubt.
But if it is "far more serious", where is the incendiary element? What has it incited save debate and tut tuts?

I presume there's been diplomatic repercussions from the last couple of days. I also think Labour tread a fine line here. They've had genuine issues with anti-Semitism (although some was overplayed), they are naturally inclined towards the underdog (The Palestinians), the average Muslim probably votes Labour and certainly supports Palestinians.
Then there are donors, business the USA and Israel - all powerful and able to upset the applecart. Starmer's wife is Jewish and he is likely to be close to many from his legal background and political connections.
I think they try to say as little as possible and hope it all goes away. I suspect they're absolutely dreading the next Islamic terrorism - which will bring this all to the fore and doing their best to prevent that.
That is why it seems hard to see an actual outright Labour position on this. One moment they seem gung ho pro Palestinian, next moment pro Israel. Frankly, they can't win - but it's their own grave they've dug, they can lie in it.

People deliberately ignoring this quite obvious part of the whole thing.

You both show your anti Jew/Israel hatred here, again. What the rapper (sic) said is considered as hate speech.

Under UK law, especially the following acts:

Public Order Act 1986 (Part III):
Makes it an offence to stir up racial hatred through threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Terrorism Act 2006:
Criminalises the encouragement of terrorism, which includes glorifying or inciting violence against groups or individuals.

Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006:
Covers incitement to hatred against people based on religion or belief.

I genuinely can’t believe the level of ‘debate’ on it has got to ‘no actually it’s then committing the genocide’

Your grasp of the subject is pretty terrible.

1. There is no evidence that backs the wild claim that Israel is committing a genocide. You can quote figures from Hamas if you want to keep acting like their spokesman.

2. The point was Hamas has openly said it wants to commit genocide of Jews in its charter. Did you even know this?

“Israel will rise and will remain erect until Islam eliminates it as it had eliminated its predecessors.”

“The Day of Judgment will not come until Muslims fight the Jews, killing the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees...”
(Article 7 — quoting a hadith from Islamic tradition)

Most sources disagree. But leaving the area, is that genocide too then?

If so, can you account for the 1 million Jews that have left the Arab world in recent history? Or is that different, cos Jew
Yes, ethnic cleansing is genocide.

Who is counting the population in Gaza at the moment..?

What have I said that’s anti Jewish? Be specific or delete and apologise. Again.

Genocide? Gaza’s population doubled from 1M in 2000 to over 2M in 2023. Israel drops leaflets, warns civilians, pauses for aid. No mass graves, no death camps, no gas chambers. This isn’t genocide — it’s war, and Hamas hides behind kids. Stop cheapening the word.
