I have ten tatts and whilst I probably don't live near you I would say that generally anywhere offering "walk ins" is to be avoided. Don't get me wrong, some walk in artists might be ok, but try to find somewhere that shows the artists portfolios for you to look through, find one that does something similar to what you want (style wise such as block colour vs fine art vs blackwork) and then expect to have to book an appointment if they are worth their salt.

My daughters woman has a summer waiting list I’m going on, if I want a weekend she can’t do me until October, so I’m thinking she’s pretty good

Yeah I would definitely read that as a good sign. I would still have a butcher's at her portfolio and just see whether her style is similar to what you want, but sounds promising.

To be honest, I haven’t even given what it’s going to cost me a thought. I suppose I should incase I’m in for a shock.
 
I'm absolutely covered in tats but I think it was my 3rd tattoo I ever had and it's 'Feeling Glad All Over' across my shoulder blades. Still one of my favourite and get it touched up every now and again

I run an engineering team who all pretty much have tattoos. They reckon the image with the Eagle & FA Cup is an AI generation. A good image, but via AI, as there would be redness and swelling on the skin so soon after the win at Wembley, if it were a genuine tattoo.
However, if this image is what you would like to have, then I am told, you need to find a Black and Grey realism Tattoo Artist.
I'm potentially about to agree an all day session for my Son and I to have this Tat on our arm/shoulder for a cost of £650. Will update you if we progress.
