Haarland

I harbour a strange confidence about the outcome bcos our victory would be a story while theirs wouldn't, that's why De Bruyne scares me, a two-fingers to Pep farewell story, but that great ugly b*stard scares me story or not, looked a bit less relentless this season, and hopefully the break will make him rusty if he plays, be hard to oust Marmoush though on current form.

Don't want any excuses when Palace are victorious.
"oh, Citeh were without,.so and so player"

Hope all their squad is fully fit and available for when Palace beat them,
Admire your confidence but I'd rather they were ravaged with food poisoning, piles, flu, crabs, Montezuma's Revenge, apocalyptic hangovers and galloping dandruff then let the record books sort it out.

I'd rather Haaland plays. He scores, fair enough, but they have better players. De Bruyne last game bothers me. We need to get to him quickly, they'd do the same given the chance. He doesn't exactly have legs and can be rattled. Haaland makes them feed balls in for him and we're better at stopping that than Marmoush running at us at pace.
Shhh, this very moment Pep is scouring the message boards for tip offs and ideas!

The biggest issue is Pep has reconciled with his wife. As soon as they split up City’s form completely dropped. Now they are back together City are finding form. Turns out Mrs. G is the football genius.
I saw him in Copenhagen last year - with a woman and it wasn't his wife. I was going to talk to him but he didn't look comfortable so I left him to it. They were playing there shortly after I believe.

Typical luck for Palace.

City have been rubbish for most of the season and then just when we get to a final they find their form and their injured players start trotting back.

I am not expecting us to win and fully expect Haaland and De Bruyne to score.

Sigh that's me being a palace fan.

Just as well - that's a shlep for a secret date only to get busted anyway.

trust in the rule of three, third time lucky, if they play with that confident swagger and consistency we'll struggle, but you can get at them and their confidence goes, we were bossing them a few weeks ago and Ollie will come up with something so we don't get over-run in midfield again. A girl at work overhearing my discussions with a fellow eagle suggested we replace one of our players with a man-eating lion. Registration would be tricky and I think she was being sarcastic.

Terry Hurlock?

another top reason for winning is that if we do we may well stop Brighton getting into Europe. If City win the Conference places go down to 9th where the said weed are currently, Brentford looking good for 8th atm.

As Bobby Moore used to say -"Win or lose. On the booze". Either in celebration or commiseration there will be an alcoholic tsunami.
