Cup final tickets

Well, joining many of you who were unlucky not to get a ticket. Absolutely gutted and annoyed at how the club handled the phases with the Gold membership.

If any tickets are floating about, let us know. I'm a bit reluctant to give my money to football ticket tout website, especially £500+ with bad reviews.
Offering gold memberships has been a massive extra income stream for the club possibly around £0.5m and for those fans who paid the membership and had to have the faith we would make it to the final, means we dont have to pay hundreds for a ticket via some agency or ticket tout. Gold is £30 extra over a standard membership, so it would have seemed like a waste of money if we hadnt got to the final. The chance we all took.

A lot has been said on this and I don't think there is a perfect system to keep everyone happy...In my case I took a punt on a Gold membership at the start of the season for this very reason, on the slim chance that Palace got to Wembley. I did get tickets yesterday so my faith was rewarded...I think I deserve a ticket for showing faith (everyone else could have done the same) and I will do it again next season...you have to be prepared to do what it takes and give yourself the best chance...but there are clearly different levels of fans and what I did may not suit everyone, but you can't criticise me for playing the system...which puts money into the club anyway, regardless of whether we get to Wembley or not. I just happen to be highly motivated because I have never missed a Palace Wembley appearance or play off final and I want to keep that going. C'mon Palace, lift that trophy!

Agree 100% and by the same token any season ticket holder regardless of loyalty points could have upgraded to get a season ticket plus and get a higher priority in the ticket phasing, being able to buy on day 1. If the cost of a season ticket is say on average £600 and paid by installments through the year whats another £45? But you cant wait to upgrade only when its guranteed we have got to the final. You have to take your chances before any cut-offs the club puts in place.

Putting fair weather fans who only invest a minimal amount in a gold membership, ahead of season ticket holders ,many of whom have put many thousands of pounds into the club over the years, is absolutely ludicrous.

This might sound stupid but I’m not local but is there an official supporters club ?
If there is why were they not consulted about ticketing phases etc ? Also why are they not shouting from the rooftops complaining about this fiasco ? If they did maybe when /if the club gets extra tickets they may go to those who deserve them.

Sorry, I have to take issue with this post. I've been a Gold Member ever since the club introduced it. I've also been an ST holder as well. Now, I, like others live abroad, so why can't we have the chance to get a ticket? Just because you seem to think we are 'fairweather' fans, for most of us, that is not the case. We & I use that term colloquialy, still get to SP as n when we can, does that make us less of a supporter?

FYI, I have got a ST for this season & 7980 points, I got my ticket thankfully in phase 2. Please think before you slag us Gold Members off, when you have no clue.

Rant over. COYP.

Afternoon, I’d love to buy a ticket or 2 ideally for the final. I’ve been on the holmeadale for many years and multiple users can vouch for me, if any concerns. It would make day if any season ticket holders have spare. Thanks !

Wrong.
Most Gold members are fair weather fans, who cherry pick which games they go to .
Putting them in the same category as supporters who've held season tickets for decades is just plain wrong.
Case closed.

I just registered to post the above.

As of about 3PM, a couple of thousand FA returns were added to the ticket planner on the City site. These included £75 tickets and seemingly a handful of £50 tickets.

These become available every year around this point, apparently they are FA tickets that haven’t been used. I’d expect Palace will have more tickets available at some point soon.

Good luck - I hope you all get sorted, but lose in the final 😉

There is a Fan Advisory Board, but I'm not sure they have much input, if any, when it comes to selling tickets.

The selling of the Final tickets was indeed a fiasco. When the sales phases for the semi-final were announced, I assumed the phases were structured where season ticket holders and gold members were virtually guaranteed tickets when their respective phases became live, with the remainder available for the next phase.

Even with a lower allocation of tickets, I assumed the phase sales for the Final was on a similar basis, but this was a total mess, gold members who only bought their first gold memberships at the beginning of this season managing to get Final tickets, yet people who have held season tickets for years missed out.

I heard Man City have been given another couple of thousand tickets. No word as yet on Palace getting any more tickets, but if any more do come in, they'll go to those who have put themselves on the waiting list.

Wrong. They are not. We are also proper fans who go to games, you are not more of a fan than I am. Cased dismissed.

I have my 2 club Wembley tickets block 249 palace end in line at the side of the goal inc programme and £20.00 food and drinks voucher to sell message me privately
