Be careful mate. I thought I ordered two tickets and was quite happy with there location and price paid. Didn't get an email and found that the whole transaction didn't go through. Went back in and managed to get 2 togehter but up in the gods and corner flag so nowhere near where I wanted. s*** system as a season ticket holder for 45 years and I get trumped by a gold member.

If you go into your account history in your CPFC account it should be there as a transaction.

Got my ticket but no order confirmation email. Did get a screenshot of the confirmation after purchase though and the confirmation number so assume all is okay

Just to follow on from this, logged back into my account and could see it in my purchase history. Managed to resend email from there and received it so all good!

If a fan can get a ticket for circa £125 for a decent view, why should they pay you £800 for a slightly better view but cleansed experience? I'm struggling, you are basically looking to feed off the desperate!

Tickets in the equivalent same section for Official Palace fans is £285, not £125.
