It's clear that if anybody doesn't buy into the 'team first' philosophy then they are out.

A fascinating conversation with Ollie who is clearly articulate (even in his second language), intelligent, well informed, considerate and clear thinking. Just listening to him speak about how his life has developed after a brain haemorrhage, which I wasn't aware of, and his very modest and humble approach to his successful management style is truly inspirational.

We are very fortunate to have him as our manager and I hope Mr Parish is able to hang on to him for another couple of seasons at least. He is, in my mind, the finest team coach we have ever had and there is no doubt he will be much sought after, especially after we've won the Cup!
