It comes as no surprise that she now stands more chance of getting back into our Country with Labour now in Government 😕

I think she actually stands LESS chance of coming back to the UK under Labour than she does the Tories. Labour are currently far more right-wing than any Tory Government this century.

And for the record, again, I think she should be allowed back into the UK. She was a child when she left. Under the age of majority. And for that reason ALONE she should be allowed back here, albeit with all kinds of safeguards put in place.

A day over 18 when she went? Rot abroad forever. But she was a child. And as such, should be bought back under UK juristriction.

The person mentioned Lord Hermer the attorney general is a human rights act barrister and while I don’t think he acted for her will be 100% behind bringing her back to the UK.
It won’t happen though, no matter what the rights and wrongs of her age at the time etc I’m surprised no one has married her and tried to bring her into the UK by that route.
