Well, if it's intended to get HAMAS, which was the justification that gets waffled out, it's even worse.

Why do we have to carry water for foreign actors that couldn't give a fig about the UK? Neither the Palestinians nor Israelis care about us.

No, they convinced us to give them land in what is now Israel, which in the declaration said had to respect the rights of those already there.

Then once they had the numbers over there they bombed a hotel full of our soldiers killing over eighty (never apologised), If I remember....hung two captured sergeants from a tree (not even giving them the chance to leave messages for their loved ones) and then when we left later rewarded the leaders of those terrorists with high office. After murdering our guys they cleared the Arabs out....and it wasn't pretty.

Yeah, no evil from the Israelis? Maybe we should give them a British medal for killing our people after we gave them what they wanted.

Later they stole the bomb from America (something Kennedy was very against them getting) and corrupt their political system so much that nearly every member of Congress has a 'handler' from their lobby group telling them how they want them to vote.....The obsession with supporting Israel is baked in money corruption.

Apparently we have to have a Holocaust museum outside our frigging parliament? For an event that had nothing to do with us when the only real threat to Jews in this country is from the imports that most of their organisations have been supporting!

All this Israel is a good actor blows my mind......The Arabs are sh1te yeah....no problem.....But Israel good? No, Israel couldn't give a monkey's about anything other than themselves and their actors only work in their ethnic interest.....Same as the Arabs.

Ben Gurion and his mates were the terrorists then, doing their best to fill the country with immigrant Jews who were displaced by WW2, and the British simply told the UN that it was too much too soon and would lead to perpetual war. Of course Britain had centuries of experience in colonies so we knew what would happen. Trueman was in the election and was backed by US Jews, it was Trueman that pushed through the UN resolution in the first place, opposed by Britain.
When it happened Britain just stepped back and said no thanks, we aren't policing anymore, we're looking after ourselves, and leaving the place, and we aren't letting anyone come in to do the policing and administration either.

Sure enough, 70 years on, the killing continues.

I'd like to see the context of this. Generally this kind of quotation comes out of a conversation where they have a minister getting lectured and this is a suggested response "take them off us then". I don't believe it to be serious policy.
