Yes, Kamada's main problem. He doesn't press effectively, he can't tackle, he's not strong or accurate enough. We're a pressing side but one player is glaringly not able for that.
Even Eze and Sarr press better than Kamada.

It wasn’t a good challenge but you can’t give the whole team a pass for then conceding three quick goals. It’s not like that one mistake inexorably led to them scoring three times. Players have to take accountability for what happens next. You can’t give everyone else a free pass because one player makes an error. You could say Eze being needlessly offside or Sarr missing a good chance for 3-0 were equally pivotal. Kamada has been poor but when you concede 4 goals from being 2-0 up that is a team wide issue.

Lerma is missed in midfield

Positive point Eze all round has looked a lot better he has even tried to defend.

There will be a lot of big clubs interested in 'overrated' Guehi in the summer with the Champions elect Liverpool current favourite as a destination.
I doubt we'd have conceded the goals we have today if Guehi started.
We have the best recent defensive record in the Premier League.

I think Glasner sacrificed Mateta to try and get some control back in midfield as we were being overrun at the end of the first half.
Sadly it's not worked and we're being thumped.
I do think we miss Guehi as we look very disorganised at the back.
We have to try and get through the rest of the game without the risk of further suspensions.

Some would say there is a much simpler explanation as to why we are overrun in midfield and it mostly revolves around the fact that Wharton can’t do it on his own.

When you play two central midfielders they have to be combative and on it to make it work. Kamada just doesn’t cut it in that crucial role and I defy anyone to show me stats that argue in his favour.

Only in our last game there were more than I care to count.

He will be fairly cheap so yes but last summer only Newcastle was interested.

What I mean by overrated is Palace fans making out he is something he isn't the same was done with Wilf.

You are correct some players have not been on it but that i would say is due to once those 2 went in the confidence etc was gone otherwise first 20min we was on fire.

No I didn’t miss them and yes he’s been poor. As another poster has said he doesn’t work in centre midfield especially alongside Wharton. We then lack strength and physical competitiveness. However, him being poor does not excuse poor performances from other player. Their fourth came from a long punt by the keeper our centre halves utterly failed to deal with. They’ve been poor as well.

I don’t follow. Because I am saying players don’t get a free pass because one player makes a mistake you are saying that I think we should play the reserves? How does that work? I am saying when you concede four goals the team defensive effort has to be questioned and it can’t all be pinned on one player as that is too simplistic
