FA Cup Semi Final Tickets - tickets on sale 10th April

Got through… bought a ticket… or I think so… got confirmation and then it put me back in the queue! And transaction is not on my card… FFS!
That's seriously annoying.

Just managed to buy my ticket.

My only hint to others is to not try choosing a seat yourself, but to select the area and have it find a seat for you. Every time I tried clicking on a seat myself it said "unable to reserve". If you have the system search for you it finds one in the area and reserves it for you ready to purchase. Hope that helps!

As others have said from yesterday’s experience some advice:-

Don’t panic if you see thousands in front of you on the screen it soon goes down

If when it comes to your turn and it then flashes up a message ‘ your session has ended’. Don’t panic just log back in as you would if you were buying tickets from scratch. You should then find that it logs you straight in to buy Wembley tickets.

It worked for me - good luck everyone!

Got there in the end... i'd echo the advice above. You do get a logged out message, but follow the prompts and you're in, and then let it select seats based on what you need. The 'seats together' switch is helpful.

Bring it on!

and ST holders can assign to friends and family who don't have STs which I did not expect

I logged on earlier got in the queue, got to the front, got timed out and now it's saying the event is not available to me. I've tried logging out then back in again and I just keep getting the same message. Its an absolute shambles!!

I had the same issues and had to keep trying.

Try using a different browser (so that it doesn't remember your login details) and start again.

I have a slightly different issue. My son bought the tickets, and about the time he did so, I got an email from Ticket Master entitled “Activate Account”. It includes a link to activate my e-ticketing account which just takes me to the main page for tickets. No sign of anything to activate the account.

Is there anything I need to do?

Nightmare this morning......went through Q with only 300 ahead of me. Then said I wasn't eligible for a ticket (which I was was!). It then crashed and somehow (not sure how?!) I was able to get back in Q with 1300 ahead of me and it stumbled to the Wembley site and after the site had problems identifying tickets and allowing to buy, it somehow worked>. SHOCKING! However, I am going to WEM-BER-LEY!
What a relief! Good luck to all.

Same here. Got in quite quickly but navigating to get two Senior seats together was a joke. Every time I managed to get them I was timed out. Had to go back and choose seats again. Every reputable web site has a “ go to checkout “ button but here you have to find a tiny basket in the top right hand corner. Then you find you have only bought one ticket instead of two….back to start again.

Tips: Don’t worry about having 150,000 people in front of you, the queue goes down pretty quickly:
For adding Season Ticket holding friends have Palace Log In, full name, address, email address, CPFC reference number, gender, age, inside leg measurement or bust size, bank details etc etc etc:
When you eventually get fed up being pissed off by the site and want to attack the nearest XL Bully dog calm down, take a few deep breaths, get in the car, turn on Classic FM and drive to the ticket office. There you will find numerous lost souls like you and a competent team able to help. Of course that was this morning. They may be as wrecked as you by now.

Bring back the 5 hour queue at Selhurst for real paper Cup Final tickets, the party atmosphere, fish and chips and the satisfaction of going to Wembelee ( instead of the scousers).

NOG, a tip for future. If you don’t mind where you sit in a specific section, select 2 tickets and let the system pick your seats. I did this for Fulham as was panicking having encountered the same problems as you. The website brings up the sections available and you then don’t have to “select from map”

Hi Guys,

Due to number of ill health factors didn't sign up this season . Looking for just just one ticket for the semi if anyone can help. Been a supporter and member for years have lots loyalty points just not this season typical .

Total f'ing balls up again. Why cant they sell them in smaller tranches based on points like every other away ticket. All season tickets + gold members at the same time, with a ridiculous queueing system and a complete f' up for gold members. Amateur hour!

Long shot but anyone got a gold membership they’re not using? I’ve got a ticket for me and my mate (both season ticket holders) but my Dad isn’t a gold member as can only go to few games a season when my mate can’t make it but would love to take him to this

Does any body know how many tickets left for sale on Monday
Lower tier and premium seats are sold out.
Only top tier left, but thousands of seats. If i had to guess 90% of cat4 still available. If you waiting for monday and don't mind sitting with the gods don't panic you will be fine.Screenshot_20250411-222955_Chrome.webp
