I’m planning a weekend trip to London for my husband’s birthday, specifically to see Palace play. We are from the USA and have traveled to see them each time they’ve come to the states but this will be our first time in the UK.

I’m looking for 2 tickets for the match on April 5th. I know it will be harder to get tickets, so any tips are appreciated. Or if you want to sell me yours, even better!

Some questions I have:
What are the reliable resale websites?
Where is the best place to sit?
What’s the best way to get to Selhurst? (We are staying near Millennium Bridge.)

If you can’t tell, I have no idea what I’m doing so thank you in advance for any help.
 
As it is something special you are arranging for him, why not think about going all the way and using Palace Hospitality. This would guarantee:-

- a seat
- a meal before the game
- the certainty of meeting people who have served (and continue to serve) CPFC - possibly including Steve Parish.

An email to Steve.Parish@cpfc and liam.connery@CPFC and boxoffice@CPFC - all on the same email explaining what you are looking for should give your work a lot of momentum.

My list of useful email addresses is mine - other people will be able to give further email address information.

It’s not looking good guys. 🙁 CPFC hospitality got back to me and said that game is sold out due to high demand.

That being said, I am okay with buying resale and paying more than face value. Has anyone bought from a resale site that they’ve had a good experience with?
 
Hi everyone! I have some exciting news! Someone generously sold me their tickets for the game, so I am now officially the best wife ever.

I also wanted to mention that people are often surprised when they learn that my husband’s favorite football team is CPFC. He always says it’s because of the amazing fans. After several encounters with fans in the USA and now this, I have to agree. Best football club (and fans) ever!

Thank you all for your support, advice, and laughs. And a special thank you to the person who gave up their tickets!

Glad to hear it and your husband obviously has good taste!! Try contacting the club anyway, explain why you are coming over and is there anything they suggest to make your trip even more memorable, you never know! Keep us updated on your trip. Enjoy

Maybe look into something up on the board at half time, or a mention in the programme? I know the club did these at one point, but not sure if they still do.

If you are still around in London the following week maybe look into booking him onto a Selhurst Stadium tour - I think there is one on the 9th April - We did this many years ago with the kids and it was very interesting - especially if one of the Palace historians is doing the tour - The away team changing rooms are 'interesting'...
 
Hi anyone willing to sell a couple of tickets to the Brighton match on the 5th? It's my birthday the day before and I'd love to take my daughter to her first match at selhurst as a treat for us both.
 
Hi! Me and my father love EPL and are palace fans. First time in London from the States and I'm dying to get rowdy with the fanatics! Anybody looking to resell I'd be eternally grateful!
