Southampton's defending is clearly improving under their new manager. Furthermore, they missed a good few decent chances against the Spammers and will probably only get better. I hope that won't happen against us. I'm going for a narrow 1-0 to us with a lot of squeaky b*m time for us fans.

Their new manager has got them pressing high up the pitch and less playing about at the back.
Also seems to have sorted their leaky defence.
For me, we need to score early. If we do that then I think we'll create more chances when they're chasing the game and we'll win 2-0.

1-0 to us , mateta is exhausted, eze is slow , southampton have been leaking goals before their new manager came in , but still cannot score, given some change to squad to remedy hughes injury , guehi suspension and aforementioned we can win.

This game will be how well we play on the front foot. I am happy we have Munoz Mateta and Eze. Sarr has improved but i doubt there will be space to run in behind. It actually might be a good game to play Nketiah as his strength is in and around the box and see us having a lot of ball in this area. The rest of our team don't really offer much of a goal threat apart from set pieces. I still think we should find a way of winning.
