He's a loanee from Midgitland isn't he? Very possible he has minutes and/or starts triggers in his contract.

But you can sub one for the other as required. They both have their strengths but neither are great defensively which makes midfield too lightweight.Agreed but you don't drop Pino or Kamada.

I'm fairly sure it's a loan with an obligation to buy as we wanted him but didn't have the money to buy him in the Summer, so we've paid a €2m loan fee and will buy him next Summer for €26m, so we certainly need to start using him more. He's a loanee from Midgitland isn't he? It might be worth dropping Wharton to the bench for a couple of games and moving Kamada into midfield with Timber to give Osorio a starting role.Is it just me, or does Osario seem insanely quick? When he comes on, he seems to take off like the Road Runner. Despite that, I don't see the rush to start him, given he's young, has never played in a top league and arrived with slight injury issues. He does look like an exciting prospect, and if we are obliged to buy him, then he's signing whatever. I also think Daichi and Pino have arguably been our two best players this season, so to drop one would seem a strange decision, unless Osario can prove in his 15/20 minute cameos that he's more deserving.

No one in modern football can be dropped - they can be rotated, rested, saved for the league, saved for Europe, have a bug, be carrying a knock or any other reason but getting dropping bruises their ego - which would then keep them out for another fortnight. It might be worth dropping Wharton to the bench for a couple of games and moving Kamada into midfield with Timber to give Osorio a starting role.
Let's face it Wharton has been a shadow of his former self for most of the season so far. He's not undroppable.

I'd drop some from a heightNo one in modern football can be dropped - they can be rotated, rested, saved for the league, saved for Europe, have a bug, be carrying a knock or any other reason but getting dropping bruises their ego - which would then keep them out for another fortnight.

For sure. From a great height and onto something very hard.I'd drop some from a height

The footballing word ‘dropped’ has definitely been put away in the archives with the words ‘sweeper’ ‘stopper’ and ‘back four’ (in our case)No one in modern football can be dropped - they can be rotated, rested, saved for the league, saved for Europe, have a bug, be carrying a knock or any other reason but getting dropping bruises their ego - which would then keep them out for another fortnight.

Harsh. VAR won't allow that.I'm clearly a dinosaur to have used the non-u term 'undroppable' - mea culpa. As a punishment, I'll try and get a ticket for the Coventry game in a couple of weeks time. Aaaaaghhh!!!

Willo is Brian Moore 😎And "win".
Also "custodian of the net" unless Willo is on one.
Ah I understand. There were so many signings I hadn't heard of in that last 48 hours of the transfer window I lost track of who's who and what they do.I'm fairly sure it's a loan with an obligation to buy as we wanted him but didn't have the money to buy him in the Summer, so we've paid a €2m loan fee and will buy him next Summer for €26m, so we certainly need to start using him more.
