Liverpool Predictions.

Couple of dilemmas really

Do I stay home and wash the windows
OR
Attend the Selhurst pass, pass sideways pass forward, pass back ,pass to opponent
OR
pass back to keeper, wait, wait bit longer for Scousers to reset, pass to opponent
OR
10 mins in 1 nil down
OR
Pass up to Wing Back , pass back not take on opponent
OR
Sing “ you don’t know what your doing “ to our players not the Ref

Hendo said changing room is positive
I’m tending to think he’s telling massive porkies

Palace 1 (89th) v Liverpool 8 (3rd,14th,44th - 49th,51st,58th,77th,93rd)

Full time wrap up from Coach : “ we did well , we put in the effort,I spoke to Allah he said we are at peace with who we are “

Liverpool had a demanding match against Arsenal last weekend
They then travelled to Istanbul to play Fenerbahçe and of course they travel down to play us on Sunday.
They have only kept 1 'Clean sheet' in their last 8 matches in all competitions.

Please don’t predict a win for us Willo. You’re jinxed! Having said that they are defensively almost as bad as we are so perhaps in this instance the best form of defence is attack!

Have you got the same 'positive feeling in your water' that you had for Macclesfield and Hoffenheim?

Kept one clean sheet in their last 8 games??That is before they play us.
With our shambolic style and weaknesses ,would not be at all surprised if Pierre in his last match in charge witnesses a rout.

I refer to back one of my earlier message where I essayed that I could not see beyond a Liverpool victory.
Today I referred to some factors which might work in our favour but I have my doubts that they will tip the balance to the extent that we will not be defeated.

Long ball catches Liverpool out. But we will be tippy tappy - giving it back to them. Play out from the back and they'll score at least one by closing the keeper and centre backs.
This highlights another thing wrong with Sage (and with Glasner). We never change tactics to take advantage of opponents weaknesses or defend against their strengths. Not talking about wholesale formation changes but things like long balls, using crosses etc. it’s just the exact same every game. Must be so easy for opponents to set up against

I completely agree. I'm not asking for the tinker man but I am asking that we analyse and change due to our opponents. Do we genuinely analyse anything? (Back post?). Even if we do, do we then change?

I translate this to mean a narrow win for Liverpool.

I can’t see beyond a heavy defeat ( e.g 4-1) for us.
Van Dyche will swat away Larsen like an irrelevant fly and Liverpool’s rapid wide players will relish the wide open spaces down the sides.
Of course this can be construed as negative pessimism, and games aren’t played on paper, but I genuinely can’t see us getting a result.

We’re a long way from the team (which included Guehi, Lacroix, Munoz, Sarr and Mateta) that troubled Liverpool in recent fixtures

I would not be surprised if Liverpool win by 2 goals.
I cannot construct a case for a victory for us based on the evidence of what we have witnessed this season.
