LWB

I think pretty much everyone agrees that the squad would really benefit from the addition of a LWB, however, aside from Ben Chilwell a while back, (which I don’t think is realistic given his contract) I haven’t seen us linked with any.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

For me, Owen Wijndal at Ajax, is the closest player to a left sided Munoz for the money and wages we’re likely to be offering.

He’s 25 and currently on £23k per week, contract running til summer 2027.

But does Dougie or Steven realise we need more than one wing back? Doesn't seem to have bothered them for a few seasons now. We really only have Munoz on the right in Glasner's system too. Clyne or Ward are not attacking wing backs.
I guess we could do with one who could play both sides when needed.

Imray for the RWB is going to be the nuts.
I would reserve judgement on that.

I've seen most of his Bromley home games this season. At L2 level he is a standout player.

But he still has a lot of work to do before he gets his chance with Palace.

Next move for him on loan will be a Championship club.
