No this is not the whole story. They are releasing her early to boot her out of the UK. That is a far better justice, especially as her remaining 4 sons will end up having to go back to India with the witch. Read the quotes, it's a wonderful read.
Let's hope so, I wont hold my breath though.

Absolutely no way she will be deported. Husband and children here, lived here 30 years, HR lawyers would have a field day. Being served with intention to deport notice does not mean it will happen. IMO this is a smokescreen so they can release her early

to only deport people is to let them off lightly. Whatever happened to punishment and deterrence. I would espouse a long stretch in a brutal prison.
Where is the justice ? if the lad in the link below is put onto a plane at Gatwick, only to enjoy his millionaire lifestyle back in his home country ? Even criminals without a ton of money......deporting them will return them to mummy & daddy and without much punishment.
Again we are down to a problem of economics. It costs a ton of money to imprison an Ian Huntley. The Saudi's have a more economic solution. Although not always popular with hand-wringing Western liberals.

A confirmed bad-boy got five minutes, er i mean 6 months in jail. Be back out by teatime. He was in possession of a load of cocaine packets. Using a golf club as a weapon & causing criminal damage. Part of a gang that was threatening people.
He was lucky he wasn't owning any Far right stickers.....could have got a couple years in the slammer.

As a golfer I've always thought a golf club a crap weapon. The shaft can be easily snapped.
