What changed the game ?

This was an incredible game but we can’t deny that we were lucky to win both the Fulham and this game. The next few games are very important. We need to pick up a few wins and solid defensive displays. And build on from that. Jury is still out on Sage for me despite this win. It was chaotic and crazy and frankly I have never seen a good side play like this.
We won't be favoured to win a game until we meet Hoffenheim in November

Its not robbery if you finish your chances and they dont mate. It makes a nice change not being on the other end of a result like that when Mateta misses 5 open goals and we lose 2-1!

I notice not many people moaning that the opposition were 'lucky' when JPM was failing to finish his breakfast!
I wasn't saying I believed it was daylight robbery but that the Beeb wanted to reinforce their belief that it was by focussing as they did on Forest's efforts in the 2nd half and totally ignoring ours apart from our 3rd goal which they had to show.

I'll take whatever luck Palace can get, but it's still worth noting when you've got away with a performance that would see you lose most weeks. They say its better to be lucky than good, but that's bollocks. Luck runs out far sooner.

It was a massive win, and we might come to see ourselves owing Lady Luck our gratitude for more than just the three points
Completely get your points here, but we should also remember that we started the season with a game at Everton where we were the team who squandered those chances and then got bitten.

So while we may have got lucky once or twice, it hasn’t been completely one way.

Absolutely spot on, I don’t hate Pardew like some, if we’re going to lose or go down, let’s at least lose or go down attacking. I’d sooner watch a Pardew Palace than a Roy Hodgson Palace any day of the week
i don't hate Pardew as a person, i only hate the way we tumbled down the table with him.

Roy was as boring as watching Paint dry.....but he kept us up. Its a difficult compromise to navigate.

Tony Pulis & Big Sam did a good job for us.......before turning traitor.

Today, all of my weight is behind Monsieur Sage. He just beat Glasner, so happy days.

Yes I accept that there's some swings and roundabouts involved, but to me there's having a chance or two that you could have made more of, then there's missing a sitter or two, and then, very rarely, there's such an unbelievable sequence of events that you have to ask the person next to you if you saw it properly. Sunday was one of those!

It was f***ing funny, though!

It’s obvious already how Sage, wants to play, every game baring Leeds has been similar in so much as the opposition get plenty of chances. The up side is so do we. It could be a recipe for disaster, but what if our defence gets better and better leaving us with a lot more wins than loses? At the minute is the glass half full or half empty? There is always the chance it will end up being an up and down week by week season but if Saturday is anything to go by even that is going to get us off our seats.

So Ange-ball, basically?

forest were guilty of school boy errors... hitting It straight at keeper... other attackers, in that position would have probably had better goal ratios
That's not school boy errors , first thing get the ball on target which they done , secondly the keeper needs to get in the way which Walter done . When a ball is coming across you pick your spot on the line of the ball to were you try to score . Haaland and Kane have missed them chances it happens . Just say we'll played the keeper for getting in the way which is there job

Yes that wasn’t good, could’ve ended in disaster, but at least he put us in the top 5 near Christmas and we had a great cup run and were a few minutes from winning it

If you are referring to the moment when Walter saved a point blank volley with his face yes I looked at the guys behind me and they were also too stunned to react
