You can tell how much a society values its children when it thinks that getting them killed is acceptable since it will provide bad public relations.

Unfortunately, you are probably correct as the ones who stay in Gaza almost all end up working for Hamas or a like organization eventually.

Wonder why the IDF are reporting this now on social media when they’ve just been rumbled for killing up to 500 civilians for one terrorist as part of Naza. Can’t fathom why.
