Yeah, this precisely. The wry look on Sage's face spoke volumes. Later in the interview Sage spoke about team spirit and unity and I have no doubt that he is aware of the wider squad scenario and is saying "I'm a reasonable bloke, but there's a limit and I'm the boss and this what the club expects - everyone has to act professional and uphold standards".
He reminds me of a manager I worked with, no nonsense but reasonable and you didn't come to him with silly stuff, you were expected to know why you were there and what your job was.
 
The longer it takes Sarr to get back to the frontline the harder it will be for him to fit in. This is no good for anyone as it stands, no match and form presents then no one will be interested. We don’t get our fee, everybody loses.

I should be his agent I would make a better fist of it than the current prick who is running his affairs!

He'll get some game time during the international break. I predict his injury will have cleared up by then.

Perhaps replace him with Marc Guehi's agent.

Some under terms of his contract and UEFA/Premier League rules but the club would be entitled to fine him I think its a maximum of 2 weeks wages each month.
Thats what it used to be anyway
 
If he doesn't 'recover' soon this is screwing his chances of a final big move come January. Petulance, if that is the problem, is not a quality anyone will value.
What happens if he's benched? Will there be sulking. Refusal to train🤷‍♂️
