Palestine existed as an occupied state from the 5th century to the 20th. Now it is effectively being wiped off the map.

The current Israeli population's genetic roots are almost entirely from Khazari Russia.

India had centuries of independent rule. Palestine never did. It's not the same thing.

It seems good old anti-semetic ed milliband has made things worse for the Palestinians as Israel has closed the UK consulate. It will most likely disrupt aid to civilians among other things and political relations.

All to appease the hamas supporters in labour and their voters.

Does anyone at all defend the behaviour of settlers using aggression and violence, often to the point of murder, and seeing the Israeli government failing to respond?

If not, then what else should be done to change that government's behaviour?

Our government, along with like-minded allies, are making their objections very forcibly. Not just to Netanyahu and his government but also to those in the USA who they depend on.

Someone has to. It's disgraceful behaviour.
