I think any strike would have to be union led. I don't think there'd be enough consensus in a lot of places to make a strike viable. I could be wrong. I'd definitely be in favour of some sort of action 👍

Some workplaces are more diverse than others. You might find white people facing disciplinary action for 'racism' if they strike, or just for breaching the terms of their employment contract

I can only think of one union leadership that would support it - Workers of England.
 
If the RNLI went on strike and stopped rescuing boats and bringing them to the UK, that would be a starting point.
It is definitely hurting their donations. Plus I would assume making it incredibly busy for volunteers. Whilst the people they rescue regularly are putting their lives at risk knowingly.
What happens when an RNLI volunteer gets killed trying to rescue an illegal boat?
 
I think they are reacting to Miliband's idea of sanctioning settlers.

My personal position is that none of that is any of our business.
