But I'm more optimistic and hoping he is older and a bit wiser now than Marseille. What options does he have with 3 years on his contract? Hope that by going on strike or playing terribly that Liverpool will be back next year when they really didn't want him that bad this time around

Someone needs to get him to reflect on how badly advised he was.

Liverpool couldn't get Brighton player, Minteh?, so they made a desperate attempt to sign Sarr well under his value. His adviser presumably wanting their cut got him to play along to try and force a move. But totally fantasy with 3 years left. What we'll panic into taking a £20m loss because he's thrown a sulk.

I thought there is a pathetic talentless plonker who thought he'd be counting his commission this morning of millions of pounds from two massive deals he would have 'earned' by sending a couple of emails who instead has ended up with empty handed with two very unhappy clients and so he is lashing out with wild insinuations to try and cover his arse because he wasn't happy with the contracts he himself negotiated

He should be sacked as an agent by his clients and laughed out of any football boardroom in Europe if he steps in there trying to play hardball at the big table

I thought there is a pathetic talentless plonker who thought he'd be counting his commission this morning of millions of pounds from two massive deals he would have 'earned' by sending a couple of emails who instead has ended up with empty handed with two very unhappy clients and so he is lashing out with wild insinuations to try and cover his arse because he wasn't happy with the contracts he himself negotiated

He should be sacked as an agent by his clients and laughed out of any football boardroom in Europe if he steps in there trying to play hardball at the big table

I think the Premiership need to step up here and tell agents if you create problems for clubs and their players you will be struck off and your client will lose their playing licence. As it stands Sarr is in breach of his contract if he refuses to play.

It reminds me of that low life Raheem Sterling who refused to play for his contracted club QPR until he got a move to Liverpool, this was totally unacceptable and wasn’t dealt with properly by the footballing bodies.

I do not know if he was the agent in place when they signed their respective current contracts. Otherwise, sounds spot on.

Is the agent the same guy who played for Portsmouth a few years back, Celtic as well? Striker who didn't score too many goals but looked dangerous and had a weird DJ style celebration - same name at least.
