Holmesdale Fanatics

I'm always in the Arthur and every time there are loads of opposition fans around me. I go on an international membership. I thought it might relate to that but the Box Office informed me there are max 400 reserved international places.
I believe this is the ticket sites. Immediate thought is a Ticketmaster scam. Their bots buy loads and resell them on other ticket sites. We need a Ticketmaster whistleblower.
As far as I'm concerned Ticketmaster are around one of the world's biggest Kunts.

I feel like the Ipswich game will be different. There will be more empty seats instead of tourists.

I knew we would loose last night I only flew over yesterday as it's the first game of the season.

Personally, i'll miss the HF and hope they come back in some farm.

Yes, the drum and megaphone were marmite to the rest of the fans but the tifos were great fun. Especially at Wembley. Also that ticker tape against Fiorentina which just got tangled up around the players as they were coming out. Hilarious...

Last night was shambolic in so many ways. Players getting to know each other, food and then beer running out in the AW at half time...
Hope it gets better for the next home game!

AS.
Everything is so negative with them. And they give a running commentary throughout the game. So bloody annoying.
I know what you mean. I go crazy partizan at matches. You'd have a different problem with me. I'm a one man chant. Loudest voice in the world. If I sneeze everyone jumps and the roof tiles jangle. If I shout, somewhere has a tsunami.

I moved to the Midlands in the 80s and I used to watch Kidderminster Harriers - if we weren't away in the Midlands. There was a guy who used to shout "bloody rubbish Harriers, bloody rubbish" every game. We won the league, the FA trophy and got to the fifth round of the FA cup - losing one nil in a replay to West Ham. I figured that guy was just getting every day life off of his chest. I found him comical. He'll be dead now. Singing "Bloody rubbish angels, bloody rubbish" In heaven. Or telling Satan he's bloody rubbish and getting kicked out of hell.

Are you the modern day version of Joyce the Voice?

They will be back for sure.

This a flounce and to do with the legal action over the banner.

I hope so. Last night was pretty sterile.

I bet its connected to the banner, but more an issue with the club.

Like the club have mandated that all banners/displays etc have to be approved by the club, which i can imagine the HF not liking. But isn't unreasonable, given then are now getting taken to court.

I remember back in the Championship days going to a match and some bloke in the crowd shouting out to Scannell, 'we love you', everytime he touched the ball.

I shout out jokes about us or the opposition in quiet moments. Last year's highlight was "Back to Ireland on Monday" to the Liverpool fans. Obviously, they didn't get the irony. Scannell had a lot of comedy scope, frankly. I like things like "shoot" while Henderson takes a goal kick. "Your mum's a gypo" Got me into trouble at Anfield. They said no, that's my dad, I think.
