Leaving to one side the result which I don’t think fully reflects the performance of the team overall. Yesterday was a terrible match day experience for us in the main stand, power failures, incompetent staff, lack of drinks: it was almost chaotic.

This morning the club emailed and asked for a response to a survey on the match day experience. I have given them a full rocket. I hope others can take the time to give their opinion on theirs.

I am a mere ST holder but using the bars is somewhat similar. Much as the staff are busy there don’t appear to be any leaders. No one who instructs and guides the staff. Leaders make decisions and sadly they have minimal to none who do this!

Yes Main stand changes have incurred bigger cues for toilets/ & food , beverage - need to leave 10 mins b4 half time and or miss 10 mins 2nd half

Or ppl coming back late need to get seated & blocks everyone’s view

Aswell as the many that gave up & club lost takings over bar

It’s not just missing leaders at counter it a leader to work out ppl movement, time study & parish saying why is my bar takings down when we offer the best menu in Prem ( sic)

Sorry to be depressing, but on the basis of long experience (I've given up now) I would say that your complaints about the matchday experience will simply be binned. I repeatedly used to complain about the impossibility of chatting with a friend or neighbour because of the volume of the pre-match and half-time so-called music, and, more importantly, the repeated failure of the stewards to stop people congregating at the top of the steps beside my seat for the last couple of minutes of the match or first half, thereby blocking my view.

As for your problems last night I think it's a simple case of the Club paying peanuts and getting monkeys. So short-sighted.

Similar in Upper holmesdale. Long queues, took all half time to get a drink! Bar staff didnt know how to pour pints. Not quite sure why we are trying to be KFC. I dont go to football to eat sweatcorn 🤣. Can we have the chicken balti pies back..

Must be trying to encourage locals in to support their local team.
