Palace have signed 6 players in this window, hardly inertia. When was the last time we signed 6 players in a window? 2013 the Holloway scatter gun approach.

Depends on how Sage and his team view Doucoure and Ozoh re the CDM role as possible 'make dos' until the January window if we haven't got one over the line by Tuesday.

JPM will only go if tge club are happy for him to go. As for CBs, we have Richards, Disasi, Canvot, Tomiyasu with Mingueza experienced in that position if needed and Lerma. Also, does Sage think Sosa can do a job there if needed.

Bear in mind that currently we have, I believe, 27 players for 25 EPL places and for kust 23 Europa league places as things stand. If we sell JRS, the Euro places drop to 22.

And if he doesn't, then we aren't short at CF.

Palace continue to be linked with midfield players.

As for CB, Disasi has taken awhile to get over the line, but the requirement for another player in that position only became more of a necessity after Riad's injury on Saturday.

If the reports re Munoz and O'Brien turn out to be true then potentially we could have another Johnson-McNeil situation.

Plenty of clubs are trying to plug gaps between now and the close of the window.

And like it or not ( I know you don't ! ), Palace are usually active right up until the deadline.

Exactly, we need to be far harder in negotiations with these derisory bids. Is it really that hard to say 75 mil and 25 mil add ons or just no? Take it or leave it.

Sounds like a lot for Palace but it really is not when you consider for years we have been short in many areas and what else has happened a fairly large number of players have left.

I expect more will be going have to 100% get rid of JPM.

Riad injury means we have to get another person in that position the loan player isn't enough.

We need quality not just a bunch of players who may have potential

A bid we have rejected. According to Ornstein Palace intend to keep Sarr. We are in the driving seat for this one. However if Liverpool were to double that bid we'd probably be tempted. If Liverpool are serious, they'll come back with a sensible increased offer given the window will shortly be closing. Any new bid needs to be in this side of the weekend and is unlikely to be considered unless it's a significant increase on the opening one.

Just do the same as Brighton,price him out of their range. This late in the window we have to keep him.
 
Liverpool are just putting out that they have other options to try and push for the PSG winger and the guy from the weed. I’m sure its just a ploy to try and get either of there preferred targets… we shall see

Sarr is 30 though. And it’s a bid, right? If they offered £65m I think we would have to sell. Reckon it’s a shot across PSG’s bows anyways. Barcola is their main target
