Next season's kit

I like it but a bit of a cop-out, we will be in that kit as much as any of the other 2, neutrals will be watching us on tv and just assume thats our home kit anyway.
 
I reckon Parish is pulling a fast one and the Eagle Wing will become 1st kit Black will be second sash will be Europe.

Last issued being Wing so we all buy an extra shirt.....

The red and blue on the latest lot looks like a TV from 70's with dodgy tuning
 
Seems they are trying to pay tribute to the past , as a thank you for getting us to we're we are today , still would love to see the claret and blue on the white shirt again , Don Rogers , Paddy mulligan , Alan whittle , Jumpers for goal posts 17 aside no throw ins , happy days 😍😍😍😍

Nice shirt but this whole idea is just wrong!

Why f*ck about with the colours and have our home shirt as the away one? Yes I know we had the sash on white as a home strip in the early 80’s but we didn’t have the red & blue stripes back then. This whole idea is just a bit w*** and messes about with our clubs identity IMHO.
 
The homemade ideas on the first page of this thread are far superior to any of the actual kits.

What is it that prevents the club from producing a simple, straightforward kit with minimal detailing? Why are they so determined to f*** about with so simple and clear a basic idea as solid red and blue stripes or a solid red and blue sash on plain white?

I don't mind Palace switching around between red and blue on one hand and the sash on the other. They are both proper Palace kits. In fact, I think we are one of very few clubs with two instantly recognisable and traditional kits, and I'd like us to always use both and alternate which one we use for home and away, perhaps even within the season. That would be pretty unique but yet not artificially so. The basic kits are more than strong enough as an identity that the plainer they are, the stronger the presence.

Instead, it's now at the stage where you could put a classic palace kit into AI, tell it to f*** about comically with it again and again until the red and blue was in a mind bending arrangement of swirls, triangles, whirlpools and camouflage patterns, and you couldn't really discount the idea that the club might consider it.

Agreed! Maybe next season we get fans to submit concept kits in and we get to vote or something. A simple, thick red and blue shirt for the home, white or black shirt with some sort of red and blue sash or stripe and a yellow 3rd kit.

And get rid of Macron! Can our relationship with Adidas not be repaired? We've been in the Premier league for 14 seasons and won a European Championship. We're massive.
