I received an email from the ticket office saying my request for a plastic season ticket had been agreed which would be posted to me. I replied that I had not made any such request and take a digital season ticket.
How this has happened I have no idea, I’m now expecting one of each or more than lightly nothing at all and me desperately chasing them on the Friday morning of the Man City game.

A back up card is no bad thing. You never know when you might forget to charge your phone and get to the ground and find it's dead.

I was 3 years on the ST waiting list and had my email from the club this June to offer me a chance to buy for myself & my son. I bought two together in the AW.
Main Stand was not offered for sale and there were not two seats together in the LH or WHL.

No, my initial tenner (x2) for me & my son seemed to carry over but I would suggest double checking with club / ticket office.
You never know, a bit of persistence might pay dividends.
Thanks Phil, that's good to know. Could get a bit silly if it didn't, paying out every year and not seeing anything in return. As with a lot of things I just wish they'd be a bit more clear / upfront / communicative. I will take your advice and drop them a line.
Surely everything for the current season will be done and dusted?
