Pay no attention to the crying NHS they always look for some sort of excuse to claim they are over loaded.

Having been to 2 different hospital and gone past a&e in them the amount of people is no different to what I have seen every year.

Most of the people who go in is because they cant be bothered to book into to doctors or doctors have told them to go there also doctors can be right pain to get appointments so people just turn up at those places (The people who are dehydrated most of the ones I saw was down to them being stupid)

many hospital have drop in or walk centers now which are same area as a&e.

the scanners and other important IT equipment are in controlled environments so the heat has nothing to do with them more lies coming out with that (If they are on about normal equipment they can operate in these temps no problem there are many other countries which have far higher temps on regular basis without issues)

Donald Trump has made it clear that climate change is a massive hoax and con. Therefore it must be.

The last time the NHS staff were completely overwhelmed they made tik Tok videos in empty hospitals.

Climate change is ever-present. It now seems to be ever present political football.

It's getting hotter no matter what.

They are pretty good at hiding the causes of death, so it's not especially controversial.

Agreed they have become masters of manipulation. I have had personal experience of this, nearly 2 years to get on a waiting list for surgery. If you ask the NHS I have only been on it 1 month.

Simply put they now breakdown 1 thing into multiple tasks so they can say they have met their targets.
