More covid

How Covid started is one debate. Whether it came from a lab, a wet market or somewhere else is something people can argue over. Whether governments got every decision right is another debate entirely.

But claiming Covid wasn’t real, or that it wasn’t a serious disease, is absolute horseshit.

I lost my father to Covid. He went out once during the Christmas 2020 period to put petrol in the car and caught it. He was 72, nearly 73. He’d had a mini-stroke years earlier, had high blood pressure and was diabetic. The reality is that a bad bout of flu might well have killed him too, but he’d been vaccinated against flu. Covid was what he caught, Covid pneumonia was what took him.

One of the first things they did was discuss a do-not-resuscitate decision with him. In the conversation I had with the consultant on the Thursday, they explained that, despite the fact he was up, talking and actually seemed more lucid than he had been in the days leading up to his admission, they fully expected him to be in a significantly worse condition by the Saturday morning. He was.

I’ve had Covid myself. It left me with long Covid and damage to part of my lungs. Before that, I’d always had a strong immune system.

And just to be clear, I wasn’t someone who blindly supported every lockdown measure either.

I think the first lockdown was probably necessary because nobody really knew what we were dealing with. After that, I think the focus should have shifted towards controlling the spread, protecting the vulnerable and allowing people to make sensible decisions, rather than repeatedly trying to lock down an entire population. If a virus spreads through people mixing, there was always going to come a point where many people would catch it regardless. You can’t realistically keep a whole country locked down forever.

I also remember driving through Leicester in June 2020. At the time there were constant reports about the city being hit particularly hard and facing additional restrictions and that it was so unfair due to the ethnic makeup and reliance on family mixing in those communities.

As I drove through, I personally saw very little evidence of social distancing in the areas I passed through. That was my own observation, and it reinforced to me just how difficult it was going to be to contain a virus if large numbers of people continued to mix normally.

Then the reports were those communities were being hit harder and the Government needed to do more.

To me, that sums up the impossible position governments were in. If they imposed restrictions, they were accused of authoritarianism or discrimination. If they didn’t, they were accused of negligence. Whatever they chose, they were going to be criticised. They were, in many respects, damned if they did and damned if they didn’t.

But the thing that has stayed with me wasn’t losing my dad. 72 is a shame, not a tradgedy.

In the room next to him was a 26-year-old woman who had given birth to twins only six months earlier. At three o’clock in the morning, I watched her being wheeled up to intensive care. That image was a killer.

She did survive, thankfully, but her recovery was a hard one.

So by all means we should debate where Covid came from. Debate lockdowns. Debate masks. Debate vaccines. Debate what governments should or shouldn’t have done differently. Those are all legitimate discussions.

But to say Covid wasn’t real, or that it was just a bad cold, or that it only affected people who were about to die anyway is bollocks.
Its bollox if you don't look at the evidence; but I have looked at the evidence.

I'm very sorry about about your dad mate. But I'm dealing with the truth of the matter.

The world was conned and put under mass mind control to accept it.

The people that never got to say goodbye to their loved ones because of the restrictions and died alone in hospital.
Old people murdered with midazalam in care homes. We owe it to their memory to see the truth.

You say you have long covid. Have you had the covid jab and boosters by any chance?

Edit.

Average age of people dying of with "covid"was 84 I believe.

Every "covid death was recorded as a covid death, if the person died with 28 days of a positive test with the laughable pcr test.

So you could have been hit by a bus and died of internal hemorrhaging, but it was still a covid death.

So the actual amount of people dying from a virus alone was dramatically reduced.

The footballing maverick genius? Oh no, how terrible 🙄

I guess it's better to be parroting James Corden and Home Office press releases?
Top man is Matt.

Even more so was he had absolutely no interest on political/conspiratorial issues.

Nevertheless he still saw the obvious about "covid" and and it woke him up.

Beautiful man and beautiful player.

I have a particular passion for this covid crap McAhuna. I might upset some. I don't give a sh@t.

The care homes were among the hardest hit:

My biggest gripe with the whole COVID thing was the mandatory vaccines and masks. Which we were told "if you get the vaccine you won't catch COVID" which turned out to be misinformation.
And the masks which didint work either 🙄

There was much more to annoy me than that.

The hospitals were cleared of many old people because of "covid". Maybe they were ill and should have stayed there.

The high amount of old people dying in March/April 2020 gave the government the propaganda to move to a full lockdown.

The doctors were entering care homes and asking vulnerable old people to sign do not resuscitate certificates. They were given a mixture of midazalam and morphine. The midazalam is a drug used on death row. One of the things it does, is to suppress the respiratory system.

Of course this was all done without family members able to question or support their loved ones.

With people who fully accepted the state narrative on covid there is often a blanket, 'you're a conspiracy' attitude and you find that they have never actually looked at the questions and statistics that those against what happened (or should I say some of what happened) have.

I think there is plenty and I mean plenty that the state was dishonest about with covid and is responsible for misleading the public about.

It won't be until a proper investigation of what happened has been undergone that isn't purely made up of only one state narrative.....which we haven't had because Turkey's don't vote for Christmas.

If they have nothing to be worried about then they would engage, because there are serious issues that are hard to hide.....but they won't and if and when that time comes they will do what Fachi is doing in Congress right now.....and refuse to answer questions.

But certain outcomes will prove impossible to cover or hide. For example, data on the youth vaccinated outcomes compared to non vaccinated data will prove irrefutable.

The clock is ticking.

Blimey, if that happened that's incredible.

The wuhan research centre is a red herring mate. A diversion. Covid as a new disease, did not exist.

If it was just a deadlier version of the flu, then people wouldn't have been coerced into a lockdown with masks.

But this was a new deadly unknown mysterious virus. Remember all the people falling flat on their faces of it in China. Who falls flat on their face because of the flu.

We also spunked 300 billion for people to stay at home. But according to some our problems are due to Brexit and immigration.

When did anything ever get released on film from China this much. We need to all have a little think about that.

Agreed, Matt is a great guy I have enormous respect for and I was lucky enough to meet him.

Let's not forget that his views were dominant in most dressing rooms, including the overwhelming majority of our own squad at the time. Wilfried Zaha, Eberechi Eze, Marc Guehi, Michael Olise, Cheikhou Kouyate, Will Hughes, Christian Benteke, Check Doucore + others all refused to play in a friendly fixture v Liverpool that required them to be vaccinated.

Palace unvaccinated stars refuse to travel

Interestingly, Liverpool were able to field an unchanged and fully pricked first XI, the normie wet-wipes

Black people have a very good reason to be wary about vaccines. The mass vaccination of black men in America that led to many dying of syphilis. This was done on purpose.

I understand the vaccine was invented by a black women, which is very ffd up.

You meet the legend Matt. Nice one

Another words....assisted dying without them even knowing it.

If everyone was unable to sit back without emotion and look at the facts; then we would see we were all conned.

That's a pretty hard thing for many to do.

I get emotional (ironically about it still though) . I worked with 200 people during the scam and I think I was 1 against 199. That was an experience. Lol

Yep. The evidence of families and campaigners will back this up too.

A few years ago I got my dad out of St George's as he was deteriorating from the sedatives they were giving him. He's fine now. Apart from after he stupidly got the covid shot.

The head nurse and doctors chased me the the entrance door, proclaiming we know what's best for your dad. I then reminded them of the alderhay death pathway that is probably still used. They had nothing to say.

Yes, the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. And people still say 'But our governments wouldn't do things to deliberately harm us'. Check your history, people.

I went on a few of the London Covid demos. I always remember one that took in Brixton en route - the love and support from the black community was overwhelming.

The comparison with more affluent white areas was stark, where we were faced with sneering, po-faced tossers who looked like they had swallowed wasps for brunch!

Well done for taking that brave step

I trust you were masked up and socially distanced appropriately.

Great story. I've said a few times on here - beware the white liberal.
