People who should be deported

Participating in important decision-making. They will allow just about any Loon to influence the lives of others.

Anyhoo............

People who should be deported : The Long-term unemployed who play pitch & putt most days. And their ilk. Including the legions who feign to have something wrong with them so they allegedly 'cannot work'.
They often live in better homes & drive better cars than working people.
Margaret Thatcher was absolutely correct on this one. One of the very few politicians who saw the rot. She had a particular disdain for the Fecund Long-term unemployed - them having intercourse mid-morning while the rest of us are working in the day-job.
Widdecombe was another visionary who saw how unfair and rigged the game is.

it is perhaps illustrative that places with the highest levels of crime also contain the highest levels of longterm unemployment. Mostly, but not always. They seem to commute into Westminster every morning to cause merry hell.

People who should be deported.

Strawman.

All criminals, spongers, and anti British activists to two generations.
So, by this it's OK if you are Tommy Robinson and Co and protest about what you like. But, if you are protesting on the opposite side you get deported? Which will mostly target BAME.

Thought free speech was almost a principle of right wing parties like the Republicans and Reform?

If you come to Britain and then work against it, you should be deported.

Is that concept too old school for you?

'BAME' has nothing to do with it.

Not free speech though is it?

So where would you draw the line then? My Dad was half Irish. If I wrote a tweet criticising Nigel Farage if he became PM is that enough to get me and my whole family on the plane? Where do you draw the line then?

It's not about being old school. It's about getting rid of people you don't like.

How is criticising Nigel Farage the same as acting against Britain's interests?

You are creating a strawman argument to try to avoid facing up to reality. It doesn't work with me.

....to familiarise yourself with the modern ireland, spend some time in Thornton Heath on a Saturday night when the pubs chuck out.

Anyhoo..........

By your strawman anyone who potentially displays any protests against what you perceive to be anti-British values could be deported, so where do you draw the line in that? A protest, posting a leaflet, writing something online?

It's not what I perceive for starters.

Are you suggesting that activity that acts against the interests and security of Britain is acceptable?

Are you a bit anti British? You can tell us, it's OK.

the irish people who are anti-Brit are more likely to be from N.I. , they got A levels, UK passports and yellow reg plates on their cars so technically they are Brits.

The Southern irish ? we mostly behave ourselves* while in the UK and moan about our own crappy government in Dublin. You thought Keir was bad ? you aint seen nothing to our Muppet Show.

below is a building that has costed, inflation adjusted, more resources than Kufu's Pyramid.

* apart from getting roaring drunk and making a fool of ourselves.....a bit of UK culture we have adopted wholeheartedly.

Nope I am not Anti-British.

And you are now drawing much more of a steer towards criminality, which is not how this exchange started, you said Anti-British activism and that could cover many activities that stop well short of criminality. Incitement, for example hate preaching or egging someone on to commit an act of violence. Yep I agree is not acceptable and is already a criminal offence.

But my point, which you haven't answered, is where do you exactly do you draw your line of what is anti-british activism that can get you deported even if you are second generation and born here?

Are you talking about actions like incitement to cause acts of harm or much wider than that like, going to a counter protest to one of Tommy Robinson's rallies (which according to TR promote the British way of life)? That is where my earlier point about free speech comes in.

Where I draw a line is irrelevant. That would be up to those in power.

Protests are not illegal unless they involve violence or inciting violence. We also have laws on so called 'hate speech', which only seem to work in one direction currently.
If activism breaks the law, then for me it would be worthy of deportation if you are a first or second generation migrant.
I'm not interested in who you are counter protesting. That is also irrelevant.

You seem obsessed with Tommy Robinson. Why aren't you more concerned with terrorism, stabbings, mass rape, religious killing, organised crime, sectarianism and anti social behaviour all resulting from immigration?

That teenager from Sudan who transported 165 migrants in a 'mega dinghy' from France should be deported for a start.

It's a bit of a theme how you pretty much always answer a question with a question and don't really directly answer what I've asked you.

I've made my stance very clear on removal previously that I support deportations of foreign national offenders. You are just trying to change the direction of the conversation because I'm being a bit challenging on what you mean exactly by 'Anti-British activities'.

To deport people of 'anti-British activities' you do need a legal definition in an act of Parliament to do that and clear examples of what qualifies and what doesn't. But you've not answered whether you consider that to be what is currently a criminal offence to be the line for that (like incitement for example) or if you think it's wider and stuff not covered by criminal law currently?

Id like to do it the other way round, I’d quite like to deport myself, to a beach or poolside in a 5 star hotel in Majorca we frequented a couple of years ago
Leave all the scum here in the uk 🤣
If you wanted to avoid the scum, you would have to come back here for the summer 😂. You would still have to navigate those lovely Europeans who hate tourists and want them all gone. How inclusive

The intent of the thread was to highlight dual nationality or foreign criminals, not to male of list of people posters don't like.

Anyone in this category who can't be deported to their country of origin should be shipped to some kind of overseas detention camp until repatriated or accepted by a third country. The legislation for this should have no appeal process
