A doctor called into to LBC and proudly claimed he would treat illegal immigrants with non emergency issues. (Of course if someone is having a heart attack you would treat them).

He was very proud of his altruism right up to the point when Nick Ferrari pointed out that it wasn't his money, so maybe not as altruistic as he claimed.
