Eagles playing at the World Cup

5/22 men on the pitch Last Night have been Eagles, past or present. Not including Mateta..had he come on it would have been 6/22....or more than a Quarter of all the players being connected to Palace.

For a World Cup third-place playoff...........surely its a new record for us ?

I doubt it will happen again unless Trump and Infantino take over the club

I don't think even their optimistic forecast has it being completed that quickly. I wish I could share your optimism but if this is done quicker than 3 years I'd be surprised, but I am expecting more like 5.

I hope you get over here sooner than that and get to catch your first Palace game and some authentic Croydon cuisine!

I have seen many games, just have never been able to see a game live, which is a shame. Something I definitely need to do.

Would be too bad if it ends up taking that long to complete the project. It is going to be gorgeous.

I know you’re American and you get things done over there but in the UK and particularly Crystal Palace FC things move a bit slower 🤣, I was still at school when we first see plans for the new stand, I’m 61 now, okay slight exaggeration🤣 but it’ll be great when it is finished

Yes I think Nathan should rough it in the Whitehorse to get a proper matchday experience, squeezing through the turnstile that only Kate moss can get through comfortably, no leg room and the smell of grease and burnt offerings drifting up into the stand from the delightful food outlets below 🤣

Was there for the conference final and didn't get mugged except in the hotel bar 🤣🤣
